  1. Christine Svoboda, Strategic Response, Inc: ” I actually used NPS for a client when with ICR from 2009-2011. ICR subsequently merged into SSRS, major social sciences research outfit in Media PA. I didn’t realize the technique was so “new.” And yes, it does oversimplify. And yet!! Evidently useful as a snapshot for some folks. You are right in there where things are happening/changing.
