November 17, 2017. Today on RBDR:

A joint study from Research Now and Lawless Research involving 300 technology company professionals shows good support from established businesses. However, only 6% of tech startups are using research – pointing out research’s ongoing image problem.

This week’s RBDR is sponsored by RFL Video Testimonials, bringing a research agency/vendor’s happy, loyal customers and their experiences to life. Multiple versions of a highly loyal and appreciative customer’s video testimonials on your website can build your revenues and profits. It also builds perceptions about your products and services from an “AWARENESS” level to “CONSIDERATION” and to the ultimate goal, ADVOCACY.”

  1. well said Bob … always been a bit amazing to me that while MR agencies, the departments of many companies and the PR/Ad agencies they work with ( and yes seemly sometimes against ) talk and exchange views they don’t do enough to support each other. Example : for near three decades i led research development and use of client developed and paid for MR for a major Ad agency across Asia. I saw it as natural that i would be a part of the MR community. Yet when i attended many MR events I was asked “why are you here” and “what is a advertising agency here and what interest do you have ? ” .. when i should have been asked ” hey your an expert on helping brands, how do you think we should be making MR more valuable” … still happy to try and help
