1) comScore reinstates Gian Fulgoni as CEO. GfK announces CEO Matthias Hartmann will leave the company by December, citing differences of opinion about the direction of the company.

2) U.S. advertising in the second quarter of 2016 received $2.5 billion in new spending, but in the same quarter Google and Facebook advertising revenues increased $2.5 to $3.0 billion.
