XIO Group buying J.D. Power. Microsoft suing US Dept of Justice. (RBDR 04.18.2016)

1) XIO Group, a Chinese-controlled firm based in London, is purchasing J.D. Power for $1.1 billion.

2) Microsoft is taking the U.S. Justice Department to court, alleging that its gag orders – that do not allow Microsoft to alert individuals that their personal information is being shared with the government – is unconstitutional.
