  1. Bob, the latest Facebook news is about market research! They are being criticized for standard market research practices with teens! This may affect how research can be done in the future.

  2. Yes, I know, Karen, but Apple brought the hammer down on them, not a disinterested third party who might recognize how inoffensive its work is (and act or not act accordingly).
